  1. Worlds of welcome by the hosts
  2. Presentations by participants
  3. Some worlds about Korea:
    history, religion, culture, economy, political system and tax system
    (tax system presented on one paper in revenue order, please send a draft to Mr. Bjorn)
  4. Presentation of participating associations
    (Suggestion: year of establishment, no of members, budget, local associations, office with number of staff, publications, internet etc. Major goal and activity)
  5. Replace income tax by consumption taxes
    - in theory and practice, introduction by Mr. Bjorn Tarras-Wahlberg
    - report from Japan (JTR) and Australia (Tony Greco)
  6. How the western associations get members: Direct mail, telemarketing, member-get-member
    etc. Latest version of Mr. Bjorns book "Taxpayer Revolution - how to Start and Operate a
    Taxpayers Association" will be sent electronically and also distributed at the meeting.
    Discussion.
  7. The Half Left-campaign by the Swedish Taxpayers Association, or how the highest income
    tax in the world were cut from 85% down to 50% in 1991. By Mr. Bjorn Tarras-Wahlberg,
    President of the Swedish Taxpayers Association 1985-2000. (OH-projector is needed).
